Its primary banking partners are Morgan Stanley New York and REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, among others.
Global Income Fund was established in 2018 by Ricardo Beroiza as an investment vehicle with a primary focus on Emerging Markets. It benefits from the extensive experience and over 40-year track record of its sister company, Magnus Overseas Limited, as well as the strong local presence of Magnus Overseas Limited in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.

Magnus Overseas Limited’s local presence across three key Latin American countries—Uruguay, Chile, and Argentina—provides Global Income Fund with access to a broad range of potential investment opportunities throughout the region, supported by a highly capable professional team with substantial sector knowledge and experience.
A significant portion of the Global Income Fund´s resources has been allocated to long-term investments, while the remaining balance is dedicated to trading in equities and bonds.
In April 2021, Global Income Fund acquired a 23.3% stake in South American Energy LLP, a British company that controls Edenor S.A. Argentina, the largest energy distribution company in Latin America.
